Break things down
You have an idea. One that solves a big problem. For you, maybe for others. It could be a business, a product, or a creative project, and the vision is so clear. The issue is
where do you start?
Problem solving is a discipline. It can be taught, and it can be learned. And we want to provide you the tools. Most problems solving is actually intuitive. That's why we are going to create a strategy around a problem you have together and use it to teach you the basics of problem solving.
You bring us your idea or project, and we help you develop a strategy for accomplishing it. The process walks you step by step through simple problem analysis and wise design principles and becomes a model for you to apply anywhere!
HOW DOES IT WORK
We use a system of breaking problems down called Eidolon. Through this process we learn to understand our the problems and decisions we have in front of us, then we break them down into simple to understand groups, then we scientifically tackle the solution through a cycle of thought, action, and consideration.
